Adinex N.V. disposes of advanced equipment to measure dust explosion characteristics. The procedures applied for the explosion tests are based on the European standards, the VDI Richtlinien VDI 2263 Blatt 1: "Untersuchungsmethoden zur Ermittlung von sicherheitstechnischen Kenngrössen von Stäuben" (1990) and on the instructions of the manufacturer of the test equipment.
The diagram shows the main test methods in logical order. First, it is determined whether or not the powder is explosive and then the characteristics with regard to explosive sensitivity and explosive effects can be determined.
